backyard, relax and enjoy the view of the calm waters or take a cool
refreshing dip in the pool. Watch the spectacular sunsets or take a
short drive to Hudson beach and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf
from the white sandy beach or the waterfront restaurants.

Located on Florida's nature coast, this home offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5
baths, pool and comfortably sleeps 6-8. This home is fully
furnished, just bring your toothbrush and make yourself at home.
Amenities include central air and heat, cable TV, refrigerator,
stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, BBQ grill, pillows,
sheets, bedspreads, towels, dishes, flatware and pots and pans for
cooking if you so desire.

Hudson, Florida lies at the very top of the Tampa Bay area. Some of
the best fishing can be found here - both salt water and fresh
water. The gentle manatees which are on the endangered species list
can be seen all along the coast. There are several state parks in
the area that offer swimming, hiking and biking. There are numerous
golf courses in and around the town and canoeing is popular in the
nearby Weeki Wachee River. Other activities nearby include gambling
boats, cruises, snorkeling and movie theaters. Shopping is
everywhere including the Gulf View Square Mall which is only 10 min.
away. Take a 30 min. leisurely drive to Tarpon Springs sponge docks
where you can enjoy splendid authentic Greek restaurants and quaint
seaside shops. Other attractions that are all within a 30 min to 2
hr. drive include: Weeki Wachee Springs, Sea World, Adventure Island
& Busch Gardens, Clearwater Beach, Disney World, Universal Studios
and various others too many to mention!

Both indoor and outdoor dining is available with a wide variety of
restaurants to choose from.

$600 / Weekly / $150 Security Deposit*
$1800 / Monthly (4 weeks)/ $250 Security Deposit*

*Security deposit minus cleaning fee will be refunded if everything
is in order and no damage has been done.

Cleaning fee: $75
Includes all utilities

Check in time: Noon on Sunday
Check out time: 10 a.m. on Saturday

$300 deposit per week or $600 deposit per month to hold your dates
which will be applied toward your rental fee.

Cancellations: 4 week notice must be given for cancellations. Less
than 4 week notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Pets allowed with prior approval by owner.
