Sea Gate 408, "Sea of Dreams", is a 3BR/2BA Direct Gulf Front Corner
unit with a wraparound balcony on Indian Shores Beach. This condo is
beautifully decorated. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large
wraparound balcony from both the master bedroom and the living room
looking directly out to the beach and pool. Washer and dryer in the
unit.  
BBQ Grill, heated pool, plenty of parking.  Close to famous Johns 
Pass and the Suncoast Sea Bird Sanctuary. Located 2 hours from Walt 
Disney World and 45 minutes from Busch Gardens.  A bevy of nice 
restaurants in the area some within walking distance.  
If you need 1 or 2 Bedroom condo,I also have smaller units along 
Indian Shores Beach available.

Condos have fully equipped  kitchens, all linens provided, washer and 
dryer in the unit.  Decorated very nicely. Each unit is decorated 
with its own distinct charm. Sea Gate boasts one of the largest 
heated Pools in the area.

So,"if you book it, you can come", and enjoy our SAND, SEA, SHELLS, 
and SIZZLING SUNSETS, at the "Sea Of Dreams", on Indian Shores Beach.

Activities and Attractions

Indian Shores Town Hall is across the street which offers use of 
their tennis courts.  Many nice public golf courses are located 
nearby.  Rentals of bikes, boats, or jet ski's are down the street.  
Take a ride on a cruise ship for the evening from Johns Pass.  Beach 
Chairs are also available for rent, daily or weekly along the beach 
in front of Sea Gate.  Or if you prefer to just BBQ, swim, enjoy the 
sunsets and walk along the beach collecting shells, it's all right 
here at Sea Gate.

Vacation Rental Rates

SPECIAL... 
Rates start at $900.00 + tax per week, Sat. to Sat.
Cleaning fee is included in price.

Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival date.
 
Off Peak Special: $200.00 + tax per night, 3 
night min., excluding holidays. 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  If cancellation is 90 days prior to
arrival date, full refund less $50.00 handling fee and any Paypal
charges,if applicable. 
Less than 90 days, refund less $50.00 handling fee, and any Paypal 
charges if applicable, only if unit can be re-rented.
