Vacation Rental Description

Watch beautiful sunsets from the large balcony of this gorgeous two 
bedroom/two bath Gulf-Front condo on Maderia Beach. All rooms face 
the Gulf to provide you with breathtaking water views all day long. 

This condo has been completely redone and designer 
furnished. Enjoy cooking in our beautiful new stainless steel 
kitchen while watching the dolphins play. 

Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the guest bedroom 
has two queen beds. This condo sleeps 4-6 very comfortably. 



 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Property is immaculately maintained by onsite management. Heated 
pool, shuffleboard, picnic area and gas grills are available for all 
renters enjoyment.  

Condo is fully furnished - just bring your bathing suits! We have 
all you need to enjoy your stay at the beach (beach 
towels, chairs and umbrellas).  

All rooms have TV's, VCR and DVD players. Full size washer and dryer 
is located in the unit. Bose Sound System, unlimited long distance 
service (domestic), and high-speed wireless internet connectivity 
are included. 

Activities and Attractions

Located just one half mile north of John's Pass, within walking 
distance of several shops and great restaurants. Catch the Beach 
trolley (stops right in front of our building) and explore the 
shops, resturants and beaches located up and down Gulf Boulevard.  

Convenient to Tampa International Airport and Clearwater St. Pete 
Airport. Make day trips to Busch Gardens, Disney World, MGM, EPCOT,  
Universal Studios, and Sea World. 

Many beach and water activities available within easy walking 
distance from the condo (less than one half mile) to Boating, 
Parasailing, Jet Ski Rentals, Casino Cruises, Deep Sea Fishing,and 
Bike Rentals. 

Located about 13 miles from downtown St. Petersburg, home of the 
Tampa Bay Devil Rays Baseball team, The Pier, Museum of Art, 
International Museum, Holocast Museum and BayWalk Entertainment 
Center. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rentals from Saturday - Saturday. 

January - $900 week
February/March - $1350 week 
April - $975 week

All other times - $900 week (excluding holiday weeks)

* Please add a $75 cleaning fee to all rental rates
