or drive a few minutes down Grand Avenue to Pacific Beach, you can
save bundles of money for your entertainment needs while vacationing
in sunny Pacific Beach rather than spend it all on rent! This
wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhome is located just one mile
from the beach.
You won't be disappointed with this well appointed townhome complete
with a one car attached garage. Beautiful hardwood floors, fireplace,
large private patio with BBQ, newer convection oven and fridge,
washer and drier, and an inviting jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.
Close to Sea World, shopping,restaurants and of course not so far
from the beach. Please e-mail with any questions. Master has newer
tempurpedic 10 inch deluxe queen sized bed. Other three beds have
newer pillowtop full sized beds. Only first week of June, last week of July and last 2 weeks of August are still available. PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR BEFORE CALLING/E-MAILING FOR AVAILABILITY.

World, Balboa Park, beach (one mile to sands of Pacific Beach).

Enjoy everything you like to do with your family on vacation - hang
out at the beach, Sea World, Zoo, Legoland, Balboa Park, swim, rent
boats, golf, boogie board, surf, shop, fish, relax and have a great
time!
This townhome in Pacific Beach is ideal for family vacations. NOT
suitable for partiers, or crowds much larger than 8.

Rates are between $950 per week for this week in August in  summer of 2009.
Security Deposit $300.00 (deposit returned within 2 weeks after
vacating property)
Cleaning fee $50. (possibly refundable) I have not kept a cleaning
fee yet!!
