Most of our renters come from Arizona, but have rented to Irish students before and it was great! Guest also have come from Spain, England, Iceland, Canada, and many other countries.

If you don't mind some exercise and are willing to walk a few blocks
or drive a few minutes down Grand Avenue to Pacific Beach, you can
save lots of money for your entertainment needs while vacationing
in sunny Pacific Beach. This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhome is located just one mile from the beach. You won't be disappointed with this well appointed townhome complete with a one car attached garage. Beautiful hardwood floors, fireplace, large private patio with NEWER WEBER BBQ, newer convection oven and fridge,  washer and drier, and an inviting jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.  Close to Sea World, shopping,restaurants and of course not so far from the beach.  Master has a comfortable tempurpedic 10 inch deluxe queen sized bed. Other three beds have newer pillowtop full sized beds. One of the extra beds was purchased late January 2011. PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR BEFORE CALLING/E-MAILING FOR AVAILABILITY.

This townhome in Pacific Beach is ideal for family vacations. NOT
