The villa is fully air conditioned.  
 
Fully equipped kitchen including full-sized refrigerator and stove,  
microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and full compliment of  
dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans. 
 
Rear storage room off the kitchen which includes a stacked  
Washer/dryer, European sink and a door to the back  
yard. 
 
Combination living room - dining room providing seating for 4  
people.  French doors lead to outside sitting area under your very  
own private palapa.  
 
Both (2) bathrooms include vanity and step-in shower.  
 
Master bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed, ensuite  
bathroom and walk-in closet with ample shelves and drawers. 
 
Second bedroom comes equipped with two twin beds.  This bedroom also  
has a full-wall floor to ceiling clothes closet with ample shelves  
and drawers. 
 
ADSL internet connected at 128kbs.

conveniently located in the popular beach town of Tamarindo. Our  
villa is located within a secure, gated community consisting of ten  
free-standing villas. An easy eight minute walk to the beach, five  
minute walk to the supermarket and numerous restaurants.
