style bunkers. Our unit has membership to the Golf course! 
 
This comfortably appointed unit offers incredible views.  From the  
Living room and Master bedroom, you will experience the most enviable  
and uninhibited Westerly views of the golf course, lakes and onto the  
majestic Santa Rosa mountains.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Play tennis on one of the 15 championship courts (many lighted).   
Utilize the recently renovated, 5,000 sq ft health and fitness  
center.  You may wish to relax by one of the 48 conveniently located,  
crystal cool pools and hot bubbly spas. 
 
There is a 45,000 sq ft club house containing a grill, a fully  
equipped pro shop and a main dining room and lounge overlooking the  
Santa Rosa mountains.  For you ease and convenience, navigate this  
incredible property on your own golf cart.  The use of our golf cart  
comes with the unit! 
 
Stay connected while staying in our unit.  We have DSL available for  
your laptop.

Activities and Attractions

All you need to bring is your clothes, swim trunks and toothbrushes!   
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen featuring all new appliances,  
including microwave.  Included is washer, dryer, linens, towels, gas  
BBQ, garage, and cable TV.

Vacation Rental Rates

November - April - $1,400 per week - $4,600 per month 
May              - $1,200 per week - $3,800 per month 
June             - $1.000 per week - $3,400 per month 
July - August    - $  700 per week - $2,600 per month 
September - Oct  - $1,000 per week - $3,400 per month    
 
These rates include access to play Golf! 
Tenant responsible for greens fees.  Please inquire.
