exclusive, gated Rancho Estates community in the beautiful city of
Rancho Mirage. Rancho Mirage is now home to the late President
Gerald Ford, and was formally the home of Frank Sinatra, Bob Hope,
and Dinah Shore. It's considered one of the most prestigious
communities in an area known for luxurious residential
accommodations.

Rancho Mirage is between Charming Old Palm Springs and the newer
communitiies of Palm Desert/Indian Wells/La Quinta, in California's
sunny Coachella Valley. More than 50% of the land use in the city of
Rancho Mirage is dedicated to golf courses.

The villa's master suite has a king-size bed, large closets, and
cable TV. Open the plantation shutters, and step out onto the main
patio and jaccuzzi/spa. The second bedroom has a queen-size suite
and access through Plantation Shutters to its own private patio. The
third bedroom is set up as a den, with a large leather sofa that
converts to a comfortable queen-size bed. Another enclosed Patio is
off the third bedroom.

The home has a private, secluded backyard with high fences, a
covered patio, cooling mist system, gas barbecue, outdoor furniture
that seats eight, fruit trees, and a full-size jacuzzi/hot tub.

The turn-key kitchen has every amenity and lots of room to prepare

Our home has very recently been completely redecorated with
