furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with living room. There is free parking for one car. When it comes to short-term or long-term rentals in Hollywood Beach,

We offer a fully-equipped kitchen that includes an oven, range and
hood, microwave oven and refrigerator with icemaker. The unit comes
equipped with air-conditioning, two cable television sets and direct
dial telephones. There is a coin washer and dryer for guests with an
outside picnic area with BBQ. You can play shuffleboard or lounge on
the beach chaises just outside your door. Daily maid service is
available for an additional small fee, if desired.

We are within walking distance to the famous Hollywood Broadwalk (a
2.2-mile long promenade) where you'll find interesting shops,
theatres, nightclubs and cafes, as well as a variety of restaurants
which offer cuisine from the European to delightful local seafood,
in a charming informal atmosphere. We are also conveniently located
just 10 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport.

This condo is available for rent from November 1 through March 31.
The rental rates are as follows:
$900 for 1 week
$1,700 for 2 weeks
$2,400 for 1 month
A $500 refundable security deposit is required.
