Perfectly located condo - close enough to walk to all the bars, shops and streets of downtown
Rosarito but not so close that you cant sleep at night. Very few condos in this gated community are
used for vacation rentals which means that you get access to, and use of, immaculately maintained
amenities like the private pool & Jacuzzi without them being crammed full of people all the time.
The most distinguishing - and we think exclusive -difference of the condo is that you can open the
patio door and walk directly to the pool and beach!! You can watch your loved ones swim, or play on
the lawn in front of the condo as you relax on the patio - rather than being stuck on a small
cramped balcony. No elevators, means no wasted time or effort and easy access from outside to in.
By listening to feedback from our repeat renters we decided to put in wireless internet access which
means, if you have to, you can work while lounging by the pool.
Our family uses the condo as a holiday home so it is a home away from home for us and we want our
renters to enjoy it as much as we do which is why we have kept it modern, inviting, well equipped
