You have a private entrance on the Gulf side of the house and your own paver driveway for parking. The living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and pool all have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Pods of Dolphins are quite common right in front of Sol y Luna so keep an eye out for them!

Lush, tropical landscaping surrounds the private, heated pool with waterfalls and a fountain. Large Gulf-front patio with comfortable chairs for enjoying the spectacular Gulf, Sunset and Pool views. Pool side picnic table with Gulf view. Private dune walk-over right off the pool deck is convenient and made of splinter free Trex for your comfort!

Sol y Luna is professionally decorated with many special features including porcelain tile floors, fully equipped custom kitchen with island bar, dual stainless sink with disposal and granite countertops. Unique decorative touches such as the sun and moon motif give Sol y Luna a Caribbean flair. High quality, comfortable furnishings will make you feel at home immediately. There is a large flat screen HDTV in the living room with all cable channels and a TV in each bedroom with basic cable. ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* No more than 6 persons allowed - no exceptions!
* Property facilites such as pool and beach access are only for the use of guests named on contract.  Additional guests/families using facilities is not allowed. 
* No smoking
* No Pets
* Must be 25 to rent
* Rates do not include tax
* 50% downpayment of rental fees required to confirm reservation
* $500 Security Deposit is due with final balance, one week before arrival
* Monthly Rate includes utilities
* Cancellations: reservation deposits will not be refunded unless
the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period
reserved. If refunded, there is a $50 cancellation fee withheld.
Exceptions may be made in emergency circumstances. These are
handled as follows: deposit will be held and may be applied to a
future booking of equal or greater value to the original booking.
* Refunds will not be given for early departures or late arrivals
* Travel Insurance is highly recommended!
