This romantic cottage offers a stunning panorama of one of the Santa Barbara area's most outstanding beaches. Summerland, next door to Montecito and Santa Barbara, offers a quiet village atmosphere with casual shopping as well as numerous restaurants and coffee shops.

This non-smoking, three-bedroom cottage offers all the amenities of home. An open floor plan will accommodate your family in spacious comfort. The cottage offers luxurious appointments - vaulted ceilings, wood floors and wool carpets, antique furniture, original art, fireplace, digital cable and wireless high-speed Internet. The adjacent deck has a barbecue and a seating area with a stunning view of the ocean. The ocean, in fact, is a major feature of the cottage, framing the view from almost every room.

You will find the cottage to be in meticulous condition on your arrival! And you will also find every conceivable amenity you can imagine - in the unlikely event we don't have it, let us know and
we'll make sure it's there when you arrive. A fully-equipped kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances, wood floors, gleaming cabinets, and counter seating adequate for the entire family.

The romantic master bedroom offers an antique king-size bed with the highest quality bedding, an adjacent seating area, vaulted ceiling, and an expansive view of the ocean and islands offshore. The second bedroom has an antique double bed with luxurious linens. The third bedroom offers two antique twin beds, views of the ocean, a private bath, writing area, and a private deck.

The cottage is a short walk to the beach and adjacent park. The beach area offers numerous recreational activities for the entire family.

We offer all the amenities you would expect in a 5-star hotel and more: fireplace, wireless high-speed Internet service, digital cable, HDTV, DVD/VCR, stereo with CD player, full kitchen with every conceivable appliance, cooking utensils and china, top quality mattresses with down blankets and fine linens, washer & dryer, gas grill, beautiful gardens, fountain, beach equipment and towels, porta-crib, high chair, sand toys, etc. On request, bicycles are also available.

Summer and holidays, $2,250/week.  Rentals only by the week.

Off-season, $1,695/week.

In addition to the rates above, there is a $200/week cleaning fee, occupancy tax and $300.00
refundable damage deposit that will be returned promptly when you depart.

In the summer and during holidays, we only rent by the week.  In the off season, we do offer nightly rates with a 3-night minimum.

Cancellation Policy:  If we are able to rebook your reservation, then you are refunded 100%.  However, if you cancel 60 days before arrival and we can not rebook, then your reservation is not refundable.

In dire cases of death or illness in the family, we will do allow you to rebook for alternate dates if dates are available and you can arrive within 7 days of your new reservation.
