Our beautiful waterfront home is located in Southwest Cape Coral
near
by Pelican Boulevard.
It is perfect blend of, steyle and comfort with top quality
furnishings.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room with
adjoining kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equippt with all
appliances.
Our Master Suite have a King size bed, the two other rooms have a
Queen and Twin beds.
For your convenience there are lots of towels, bed linen and a
washer
and dryer.
The villa is south situated.
Our Pool is solar and electric heated.
We have cable TV, phone and fax, CD, DVD, stereo and bicycles.
Boatrent and boat-tours (island,river,fishing) avail.!!!!!
