COCO'S OUR BEACH SIDE CABANA will have everything you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, and restrooms. Don't feel like walking the five - eight minutes on the boardwalk to our the beach? We have a free BEACH SHUTTLE.

For rainy days just hang out at the INDOOR HEATED POOL with hot tub sauna, jogging track and exercise room This building also has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET connection so bring your laptop.

This spacious three bedroom, two bath villa has spectacular panoramic views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, the saltwater marsh, two lagoons and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This unit has 1200 square feet and has its own washer and dryer.

In the adjacent building number one we have a 2 bedroom two bath villa (#14418) located by the outdoor pool and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations!

The den has a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels. Large dining table seats six and bar in adjoining kitchen seats three.

There is also a private deck off of the den with two bar tables and four chairs and an incredible view of the "Trent Jones Ocean Course" including the famous #10 "ocean hole".

The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, spice rack, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal. Large bar area makes this villa great for entertaining!

The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD, ceiling fan and a king-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV with DVD & VCR and another full bath just down the hall. Kids will love this third bedroom with a flat screen TV with DVD and a twin bed and bunkbeds that sleep three - double bed on bottom and a twin bed on top making this bedroom sleep four children comfortably.

We provide books, games and movies for family fun.

And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort's private cabana with food, drinks, and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute walk across the boardwalk to one of the least crowded beaches left on the island. Don't feel like walking? We have a free beach shuttle.
