shopping close by.

museums, golf, miniature golf, etc. all close by. The Salvatore
Dali Museum is a personal favorite! Tampa is about a 45 minute
drive with lots of exciting things to see (Busch Gardens, Florida
Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, Y-Bor City, etc). Orlando is
approximately a 2 hour drive.

Rates between $1,100 - $1,300 during high season and $800 to $950 in
the off season.  Unit rental is a one week minimum.
