Side by side refrigerator with water & ice in the door, Smooth top

Condo building is top of the line. Exercise room with commercial  
grade equipment, Sauna, Whirlpool tub, Steam showers, Club room, 
Volleyball, Billiard room, Hot tub, Heated pool.

Vacation Rental Rates

December 15th to April 30th     $2000.00/ 2 weeks  $3200.00/month 
May 1st to December 14th        $1600.00/ 2 weeks  $2300.00/month 
 
* MINIUM Rental IS 14 Days / MINIMUM Rental IS 14 Days!!! 
* 12% Florida Sales & Tourist Tax applies to all rentals 
* $100.00 Condo Fee required. 
* Security deposit of $400.00 is required when booking. 
*Rent payment is due upon arrival. No personal checks are 
 accepted unless received 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation 
 requires 30 days notice prior to arrival for a full refund.
