Fine or casual dining, Shopping, Movie/live Theatre, Library, famous Resort hotels/spas, golfing, and Dana Point Harbor are all near your beach close condo.

vacation rental rates
Based on Saturday-Saturday lease (Ask about monthly rate):
October-May: $800-$1,100 per week
June–September/HOLIDAY: $1,100-$1,400 per week
$500 deposit due upon reservation. $125-$175 (depending on # of people & length of stay) non-refundable cleaning fee.
Rental fee is due 45-days prior to arrival.
Rates subject to change, unless paid & confirmed.
No Smoking/Pets.
