Vacation Rental Description
Two bedroom 2 bath condo with tinted windows in the lanai.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, oversized shower, seperate
vanity area from stool and shower, and a walk in closet. The second
bedroom has two twin beds with a small walk in closet, and a door
that can be closed off from the living area to make the second
bathroom area private for the bedroom. The lanai overlooks the
second hole of the golf course. The kitchen has all modern
appliances and is fully stocked. The condo also includes new full
sized washer and dryer, cable TV, 2 VCR's, a DVD player, a stereo,
local phone service, and private parking for the condo.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The condo is in a private community with one entrance. It's only a
15 min. drive to the airport. Renters will receive passes that are
used for the 18 hole golf course. Golf cart's may be picked up at
the Countryclub that is right next to the condo, and driven back to
load up clubs. The pass also allows free use of the pool, tennis
courts, and price breaks at many of the other local Golf courses.
Many residents like to go the Clubhouse for a relaxing drink while
watching a sporting event on the plasma TV, watch golfers tee off at
the first hole,or just sit on the screened in porch reading a book
from the library and listen to the breeze blow through the palms.
Activities and Attractions
Cross Creek in Fort Myers is just a short drive from Fort Myers
Beach and several other local beaches. Sanibel and Captiva islands
are only a 30 minute drive. Fort Myers is known as "City of the
Palms" due to palm trees lining many of the streets, as they
do all the streets in Cross Creek. There are several historical
landmarks such as Thomas Edison and Henry Ford's houses in the
community. Tours can be taken of these local landmarks as well as
Nature tours of the area. Alligators and rare exotic birds can be
spotted. Fort Myers is also home to a local baseball team the "Fort
Myers Miracle." The stadium is recognized as one of the Top 5 Spring
Training Facilities in the country. Activities abound in this
beautiful area of Florida.
