Vacation Rental Description

3 bedroom, 3.5 baths, sleeps up to 8 with 1 king and 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of 2 full beds, 3 
complete master suites! 

Located on Universal Blvd. next to the Convention Center and 
International Drive. Sea World is 2 miles, Universal Studios is 4 
miles, and Disney World is 5 short miles away. Orlando International 
Airport is less than 10 miles! 

Luxury features include corian counters, black appliances, glass top 
stoves, 42 in cabinets, tile and upgraded carpeting. 

Our unit has a 42 inch plasma in the living room, 20 in LCD/DVD TVs in all bedrooms, 
and a custom furniture package with plush décor.

3 night minimum stay required.

Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years have a 5 night 
minimum stay.

Reservations can not be made more than 11 months in advance. 


1. $250 reservation deposit required to hold the unit. (non-refundable)
2. Total rental payment is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
3. No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival.
4. $300 refundable damage deposit is due prior to check in. This separate charge is refunded 7 days 
after departure.
5. A Rental Agreement will be emailed once reservation is made and must be completed, signed and 
returned by fax (or email scanned) within 3 days. All your paperwork is done upfront so that there 
are no registration forms or other check in requirements upon your arrival. Your party will check in 
directly to your vacation home without any need to visit our office at any time. 
6. We use unique time sensitive keyless access codes for our homes. Your specific code will be 
included on your driving directions that we will email 7 days prior to your arrival once your 
separate damage deposit is charged. Please don’t use Map Quest or navigation – you will get lost! 
7. Check in time is from 4 PM EST. Check out is no later than 10 AM EST. 
8. Reservation can only be made by the credit card holder. Must be 25 years or older. Only the 
credit card holder can complete reservation paperwork and pay the refundable damage deposit.
9. Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking inside property.
10. Maximum Occupancy (including infants) is limited to the “Sleeps Up To” amount stated above and 
is strictly enforced per local regulations and fire codes.
