This is one of the nicest units featuring Italian tile floors
throughout! Newly remodeled, fully furnished and decorated with the
theme of a wonderful beach vacation. The condo property is
landscaped with award-winning gardens and includes many BBQ and
picnic areas. Small yet efficient kitchens are equipped with basic
cooking and serving ware. This makes comfortable at home meals easy
and affordable. The unit has central air conditioning, color TV and
a balcony with the best views in the complex. The bedrooms are
furnished with queen-size beds the living room has a queen size sofa-
sleeper. There is a quaint “bunk bed nook” built into the hall that
is perfect place for your vacation dreams. There's a full bath with
tub and shower in every beachfront rental suite. Laundry facilities
are located on every floor with elevators down the hall.

The grounds are completely enclosed by fence and secured by locked
gates. The swimming pools and Jacuzzis are also fenced and secured
by locked gates. The condo property is directly adjacent to the
beach with access via several locked gates.

Villa del Sol on Corpus Christi Beach:
Walking, fishing, playing volleyball, or plying with your water
toy's is easy because we are located right on the beach. There is
also a fish cleaning table and running water provided at beach end
of building one.

Swimming Pools:
2 swimming pools and 2 children's pools are located in the front of
the 1st and 3rd building. The Pool at first building is heated in
winter. 2 hot tubs are located in the front of building 2.

BBQ Parks:
There are 4 barbeque parks available. Please inquire as to location
of each.

Volleyball:
Volleyball poles are set into place directly on the beach. Guests
staying at Villa del Sol can check out volleyballs and nets from the
Front Desk.

Parking:
There are nine acres of guest parking available.
Vending Machines:
Soft Drink and snack machines are located at elevator lobbies in
each building. Newspaper machines are on ground level, across from
the Front Desk. Ice machines are located on each floor for guest
use.
