La Jolla 1BR&Studio Condos On The Beach in San Jose del Cabo

We have two condos on the beach in the La Jolla Condo complex in San
Jose del Cabo, near the southern tip of Baja California, Mexico.

The condos are situated next to each other, with a locking,
connecting door. There is a one bedroom condo and a studio condo.

These condos can be rented separately or combined, should you need a
two bedroom unit.

Because this is not a typical two bedroom unit (it's a one bedroom
that is connected to a studio) all of the rooms face the ocean with
privacy and the sounds of the ocean like no other units in the
complex. Normally the second bedroom is not facing the beach like
ours is. In our case, your second bedroom is actully a full Studio
unit, with a door to the common living room, so it has far more
room than a normal two bedroom, and a private, ocean-facing patio.
In addition, the Studio is equipped with it's own kitchenette and an
additional living area.


The condos are situated about twenty minutes from the airport and
twenty minutes from Cabo San Lucas, in a mature, quiet condo
complex, in what we believe is the best area in all of Los Cabos.
San Jose is a beautiful small Mexican town with lots of shopping and

comm. We're on the top floor of this three story
building, which offers real privacy, with amazing views of the Sea
of Cortez right from the balcony.

The view is spectacular. We're right on the beach in San Jose, Trader Dicks (mini market), Zippers
(beach restaurant), and there is
a bus stop across the street that will take you to Cabo San Lucas
for about $3.50 USD. Most businesses down here takes American or Mexican
currency.

Also, you can walk to the Coral Baja Hotel & other restaurants for great food, or cook it in your
own kitchen.

Reverse osmosis drinking water in the one bedroom kitchen, and bottled water in the
studio.

The one bedroom unit has king, roll away single, and fold out queen
size couch. The studio has a queen, a roll away single, and a fold
out queen size couch. The one bedroom has a full kitchen, reverse
osmosis water filtration system, TV, VCR, DVD, radio, CD/tape
player, gas barbeque, etc. The studio has a 2 burner cooktop, full
size refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, gas barbeque and, as with
the one bedroom, a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez over the
pool from the top (3rd) floor. The one bedroom patio facing the
ocean is 35 feet long, and the studio patio, also facing the ocean,
is about 15 feel long.

**The pool that we see from our condos belongs to the hotel next door. However, our complex has a
large heated pool and a smaller (not heated) pool, which has an ocean view.**

ATV rental, scuba, fishing, great snorkeling, etc., near by. Too

The One Bedroom Condo, (#1 of 3 Options):

$800 per week, or $125 per night, with a three (3) night minimum.

$650 per week, or $98 per night, with a three (3) night minimum.

Our Fifteen Percent Off Option, (#3 of 3 Options):

A 15% discount is available when both condos are rented together.
A 15% discount is offered with multiple week rentals.
No more than eight people can be accommodated by combining the two
condos. The two condos are connected by an interior locking door.

Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
