the direct beachfront views of Madeira's sugary white sands and idyllic sunsets.
The unit's large screened balcony extends off the living
room and master bedroom. The back two bedrooms have beautiful
intercoastal water views.
The unit has new floors, ceiling fans and nice bedding.
All linens, including beach towels, are supplied. The kitchen is
fully equipped and a full-sized washer and dryer are inside the unit
for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed and
adjoining bath with oversized tub/shower and double sinks. Second
bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has two twins (no closet in
third room).
We have lots of gear for kids...stroller, bed rails, booster seat, pack n play and lots of beach
toys.
Beach it, swim in the condo's heated pool, dare to try a jet ski.
Take a casino cruise or cruise to see the dolphins. Or if you're in
for an adventure, Madeira Beach is about an hour from Tampa's attractions like Lowry Park Zoo and
Busch Gardens, and it is about 2 hours from Orlando's theme parks.
Best yet, you're just down the road from the shopping and
restaurants of famous John's Pass Village, not to mention right
across the street from the best Ice Cream and Homemade Goody Shop on
all the beaches - Come taste for yourself.

The Villa Madeira building (50 units) has a beachfront heated pool,
beachfront tiki huts, secured elevator and stairs, assigned and
guest parking.
The Unit has a/c; ceiling fans; new flooring; complete bed and bath linens; beach towels; 2 phones;
cable tv on 2 sets with remotes; dvd player; vcr; stereo; cd and cassette player; full-sized
washer and dryer; fully stocked kitchen with frig, stove, oven,
microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, pots
and pans, utensils; kids stuff (pack n play, bed rails, booster
seat, stroller); lots of beach towels and beach toys.

Minimum stay of 1 week ( usually Saturday to Saturday)
10:30 am checkout; 1:00 p.m. checkin (early/late checkins and

(Peak) $1350/week for Holiday weeks in Dec/Jan; Spring Season; July 4th week
(Mid I) $1150/week for Winter and month of May
(Mid II) $1250/week for Summer (except 4th of July)
(Low) $1100/week for August
(Value) $1000/week for Fall
12% sales tax is applicable.
Plus $65 maid service charge.
Reservation deposit - nonrefundable $250 check (per week) due to book
Balance - Remainder due 30 days before stay
Security deposit - $200 due at time of balance payment. Deposit will not
be cashed unless something damaged or missing within unit. You will
be notified if there is a problem and will be held responsible.
Deposit will be returned within 21 days of end of stay.
Refunds and cancellations will be dealt with on individual basis.
