You'll be glad you chose this very well-maintained, tucked away slice of paradise for your Florida vacation.  The Breakers is unique as it is built around a tropical atrium, with 4 stories and only 38 units.   The wide  expanse of private beach at this prime location assures an ideal vacation spot for creating family memories.  Your car will remain cool under the covered parking space, while your guests will be pleased to find ample parking on-site. Direct gulf views and balmy beach breezes help you relax, whether on your private balcony or one of the Breakers' many shared balconies. 
     Coming back inside after a day on the beach or sightseeing, you will be pleased with the fully furnished unit, comfortable rooms and a kitchen designed for cooking and entertaining.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own walk-in closet and private bathroom.  The guest room is furnished with two twin beds and has a closet with plenty of space for welcome guests.  The guest bathroom is large and equipped with a full tub/shower.  An adjoining private laundry room, featuring a full size washer and dryer, offers time-saving convenience.   The size of all the rooms gives you an at-home feeling.

 A sparkling pool positioned to take in the beach view is located on-site and is heated in the winter for maximum enjoyment.   The pool lies next to a patio made for relaxing, with plenty of seating for sunbathing or dining.  Added features include a grill and clean, modern poolside bathrooms.

The Condo is rented for February 2012; March 2012; April 2012.  However, we are currently open to rent for the months of December 2011; January 2012; May 2012!!!

Orlando is only 90 minutes away. The Tampa airport is less than an hour.
