Summer Special Beach condo - big screen tv in Redington Beach

Dazzling vacation on the beach by day; spectacular walks on the
beach at night. You'll love this beautiful, highly sought after
paradise unsurpassed on Redington Beach. The condo is only 4
stories, with only 40 units so it's extremely livable. This is an
ideal vacation spot. Marvel at its lush 4-story atrium,
We have one covered parking space so it is easy to unpack and your
car stays cool _ all day. (We also have plenty of additonal
parking). Play cards, read or dine on the bacony overlooking the
gulf - you'll love its great breezes. We just put in a big
screen tv (need to update my pictures). Chill out inside at
this charming get-a-way. Very spacious; a remodeled kitchen and
stocked
appliances. Beach goers like the private laundry room with a full
size washer and dryer. Swim in the pool (it's heated in the winter)
overlooking the
beautiful beach or relax with your favorite magazine or book on lawn
chairs under trees in
the shade. (Pool bathrooms, too, for plenty of TLC).This condo was
remodeled in '05.
Expect two big bedrooms; master has a king-size bed; walk-in
closet; dressing room with gorgeous granite vanity; and master
bathroom. Ceiling fan, and Central Heat and Air, of course. Second
bedroom has twin beds
and a large closet, and this bathroom has a tub.
The family room also has a sectional couch. We have a
land phone, central AC, cable TV, VCR, stereo, microwave,
dishwasher and large refrigerator. If you cook, there are plenty of
pots and pans, cooking
utensils and a Cuisinart provided.
No smokers, please.

You'll love this top address on this favored spot near St. Pete
beach - miles of white, sugary sands. The community around us is
private homes and condos. A huge mall (Tyrone) and lots of good
shopping is another plus. If you don't want to cook, its owner
is a veteran restaurant critic who will give you her favorite
restaurant secrets
and take-out spots, too. This is a great location to explore west
coast Florida - Busch
Gardens is about an hour away. Orlando is only 90 minutes away. The
Tampa airport is
less than an hour.
