Very Clean and Bright and Airy Gulf View Condo on Beautiful Indian
Rocks Beach. We are in a 4 family building on the 1st floor. Parking
under the unit. There are only 4 buildings on the property, very
private, mostly quiet. Our pool is located right on the beach over
looking the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo has hard wood flooring with
white sea shell tile accent. 2 full bed rooms with 2 full baths. 2
large walk in closets. Newly remodeled kitchen with everything you
will need to be right at home. We have lots of windows that make it
bright and airy. The kitchen , living room and balcony all have a
nice little view of the Gulf. Walk right to the The Gulf's waters
edge, it is only about 100 yds from our balcony. This is a Gulf View
condo not a Gulf front.

miles, Tampa International airport. 20 miles. Clearwater
St.Petersburg airport 8 miles, Clearwater Beach,6 miles to the
north,
St. Pete's Beach 10 miles to the south. Lots of golf courses ,
fishing, sight seeing, Great restaurants, some within walking
distance. Best of all a great area , no high rises, your own
beautiful beach. Its almost to perfect.
