The cottage was completely rebuilt in 2005 and includes the finest appliances, marble counter tops, beautiful bathrooms, etc. -- it is top of the line EVERYTHING. The outdoor entertaining area is one of the best features of this home. A large outdoor table sits just off the kitchen and comfortably seats 8 people. Outdoor propane barbeque.  The landscaping is gorgeous!  This designer home has two bedrooms with queen beds in each room. The house also has an air-mattress which can be inflated in the living room. With air mattress, you can sleep up to 6 persons in the home.  This is not recommended but acceptable. Recommended maximum is 4 persons.

Important Note: The second bedroom has its own private entrance, queen bed, and in-suite bathroom. This is a fantastic set up for a single adult, teenagers, or an adult couple. It's NOT a good room for young children who need to be near parents as you must go outside and down a few steps to enter this private bedroom suite.

This home is just 3 blocks from the beach, so you can spend your days on the sand (beach chairs and towels included with the home), and your evenings WALKING to town for dinner and the summer nightlife.  Other homes on this site promise you "Laguna" but are often located FAR from the center of town (or even outside of Laguna Beach in the "Ritz Carlton/St. Regis area"). This home is near downtown Laguna and will make a huge difference in how much you enjoy your stay.

Summer 2010 Rates: Non-Holiday $2,400 per week, Holiday $2,800 per week.  Additional discounts available for multi-week stays.

Off Season (October through April except holidays):  $1,950 per week / $5,000 per month
