Vacation Rental Description

This is a spacious, contemporary style home just 150 steps from Twin  
Lakes Beach and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor.  With 2200 square feet,  
this two story home includes ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen, three  
beautifully decorated bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a dining  
area, a living room, two balconies, and a 32" flat screen HDTV. It is just walking distance  
to Twin Lakes Beach, the popular Crow's Nest Restaurant, and the  
Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Also conveniently located close to the  
Santa  
Cruz Beach Boardwalk, downtown Santa Cruz, Henry Cowell Redwoods,  
and  
the popular beach town of Capitola. This comfortable home  
is perfect for families, couples, or singles. 
 
There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have full bathrooms and queen  
beds. The third bedroom is a kids bedroom with bunk beds and a  
futon.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Flat screen HDTV(with cable),VCR and DVD player, washer/dryer, linens (towels and

Jun 24th - Labor Day......  $2500 for 7 night stay OR $399 per weekend 
night  
OR $375 per week night (3 night minimum) 
After Labor Day - Beginning of June...... $2100 per week OR $325 per 
night (2 night minimum) 
Add $100 for cleaning fee to all rentals 
 
 
Rates INCLUDES 10% Santa Cruz County tax!
