just walking distance
to Twin Lakes Beach, the popular Crow's Nest Restaurant, and the
Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Also conveniently located close to the
Santa
Cruz Beach Boardwalk, downtown Santa Cruz, Henry Cowell Redwoods,
and
the popular beach town of Capitola. This comfortable home
is perfect for families, couples, or singles.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have full bathrooms and queen
beds. The third bedroom is a kids bedroom with bunk beds and a
futon.

Flat screen HDTV(with cable),VCR and DVD player, washer/dryer, linens
(towels and
sheets), fully furnished kitchen, back yard, two gas BBQs, outdoor
