This is a spacious and peaceful contemporary style home just 150 steps from Twin
Lakes Beach and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. The colors in the home are so restful with 
1500 square feet, this two story home includes ocean views, a gourmet kitchen, two
beautifully decorated bedrooms  plus a bonus/sleep room, three and a half bathrooms, a dining
area, a living room with fireplace, two balconies with ocean views, and a 32" flat screen HDTV.There is an outdoor shower with warm water.

It's a 2 minute walk to Twin Lakes Beach (bonfire beach), Schwan Lake with all kinds of birds, the popular Crow's Nest Restaurant, and the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor and marina. Also it's 10 blocks to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, close to downtown Santa Cruz, Nisene Marks Redwoods, and the quaint beach town of Capitola.

This comfortable home is perfect for families, couples, singles, retreats and seminars and sleeps 8 comfortably.  A perfect getaway to relax, renew and restore. There are 2 bedrooms plus a family room (bonus room).  
The guest bedroom (downstairs) and Master Bedroom(upstairs) have full bathrooms and queen size beds.
The bonus room(downstairs) has 2 twin beds and a double size futon.  The 3rd bathroom is near the bonus room.  There is a guest 1/2 bathroom upstairs near the living area.  The queen size sleeper sofa is also in the living area upstairs.

(towels, sheets, blankets, pillows), fully furnished kitchen, back yard with plenty of seating on a wood deck, gas BBQ, outdoor shower, fireplace in living room, ocean views, two balconies, beach accessories (chairs, beach wagon, toys, kites) and easy access to the bonfire beach  Families love this house because of it's proximity to the beach and the house itself is fun! But, we have rented for company functions/meetings and girl weekends/reunions as well. 

All you need to bring is your food, clothes, beach towels and self!  Ths is an ideal home for family get togethers, company meetings/retreats and get-aways.

The activities are infinite. Some ideas include surfing, shopping at the nearby mall,
hiking, dining (3 restaurants and a coffee shop located within walking distance at the harbor),  body boarding, kayaking, paddle surfing, or just plain relaxing!  The Chardonnay cruise boat can take you out to whale watch or view the incredible sunsets during the winter months.  It's easy to book a fishing trip right at the end of our street! In the home you will find two binders full of activities, maps, restaurants, shopping, etc.  And, don't forget the famous MontereyBay aquarium and lovely Carmel Village about 45 minutes away.
