and "grill out". Whatever you may be searching for, you are sure to
find it here -rest, relaxation, fishing (famous for salmon, bass and
trout!), boating (rental includes one canoe, two kayaks and paddles), golfing (18 hole golf course 10 minutes away), shopping (30 minutes from Portland's infamous "Old Port" which offers wonderful art and culture, or LL BEAN which is 15 minutes from Portland), and of course, the most delicious seafood you'll ever experience is minutes away! is only 10 min. away. Sebago is know as "Home of the Land
Locked Salmon" and currently is one of the best Lake Trout Lakes in
New England. Great location for a drive into Portland, L.L. Bean in
Freeport ,a trip to New Hampshire's White Mountains or day trips for
antiquing. Other area activities include hiking, boat rentals,
waterskiing,canoeing,kayaking,bicycling,sailing,walking,horseback
riding, swimming, windsurfing, scuba diving and snorkeling. Great
skiing at Shawnee Peak only 30 mins. away. Only 10 minutes to Windham
for restaurants, movie theater, groceries and numerous other shops.
