Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy a wonderful stay in this 2000 square foot, 3 bedroom beach 
house located in a family-oriented residential area.  The master 
bedroom and great room have a beautiful view of the water and our 
own private beach. The covered porch and the attached raised deck 
also look out onto the beach.

The house has a small bonus room that can sleep two, as well as a 
large kitchen with all the ameneties, including a huge dining island 
and plenty of storage.

3 Bedroom...1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin beds, a two-twin trundle bed in 
bonus room, a queen-sized sofabed

2 Full baths

Fully-equipped, spacious kitchen: dishes, cookware, utensils, 
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, refrigerator 
with icemaker, oven/stove, pantry 

Washer/Dryer, Linens/towels, air conditioning, fireplace, cable TV
(3), VCR (3), DVD(2) 
phone, deck, BBQ, covered parking

Dogs OK with owner permission (with an additional nonrefundable fee 
of $10 per day)

Sorry, no smoking on the premises. 

Activities and Attractions

 Within one block: the Holiday Harbor Marina, a golf course 
(approximately 20 in area), fishing & boat rentals/charters and a 
restaurant (many more in the area).  

There are countless other activities, not to mention fishing on our 
private beach. There are other fishing opportunities close by, and 
various shops. 

Naval Air Station Pensacola is located approximately 7 miles away. 
The National Naval Aviation Museum and the Pensacola Lighthouse are 
both located on base.

And of course, the Blue Angels (The Navy Precision Flying Team) are 
based here. See the Blue Angels website for practice schedules and 
air shows.

Access to the Gulf Islands National Seashore is only one mile from 
the house by way of Old River Road. 

Vacation Rental Rates

January 1 – February 28	       $795/week   
                               $1500/month		
								
March 1 – May 15               $895/week   
                               $1600/month (March and April only)
								
May 16 - September 15          $1100/week 
                               (not available for monthly rental)
								
September 16 – December 31     $795/week    
                              $1500/month (October-December)

Rates do not include 11 1/2% sales tax.
Rates also do not include $80 cleaning fee. 

A reservation deposit of $500 is required to hold 
reservation. This is refundable up to 3 weeks prior to scheduled 
rental date. It is nonrefundable after that. All remaining rental 
fees are due 3 weeks prior to rental date.

Rentals run Sunday to Sunday. 
Check in is 3:00p.m. Check out is 10:00a.m.
