This direct gulf front town home is located in Indian Shores, one of  
the loveliest white sand beaches in Florida, centrally located only  
25 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando. 
 
Accommodations: 
This large 2500 square foot, three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking  
town home is only five years old and beautifully decorated.   
Offering all the amenities you need for your beach vacation. 
 
This 3 large bedroom/3 full bath town home offers you a beach house  
with class, feeling very spacious with large rooms, cathedral  
ceilings, sky lights, ceiling fans, a wonderful kitchen with solid  
surface counters, intercom, water softener, washer/dryer, four  
T.V’s, three VCR’s, and much more.  The living room wall is mirrored and  
reflects a Gulf view from all angles.   
 
Off the living room you have a spiral staircase that leads to your  
own private deck directly on the sand, where you can barbeque or  
just relax with a good book or your favorite drink and smell the fresh  
gulf breezes. 
 
The first level is a two-car garage with an extra bonus room that  
goes directly to the large beach level deck with a spray shower and  
cold drinking water fountain.  After a day on the beach you can  
relax on the lounge chairs and fire up the grill for that beach delicacy. 
 
When sitting on leather couches in the living room or lying in your  
king size bed, you’ll be awed with the view and sounds of the Gulf  
of Mexico.  There are decks off the living area and the master bedroom  
where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. 
 
You can swim in the Gulf of Mexico or refresh yourself in our pool.   
This town home is your own beach resort. 
 
Indian Shores is a beautiful and charming beach community with  
quaint little shops and great local restaurants.  It offers upscale dining  
or local mom and pop restaurants.  It’s close to all activities and  
culture.  For the activity minded there is parasailing, miniature  
golf, shopping, shelling, jet skis, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing,  
boating, dinner and gambling cruises, and much more within minutes.   
There is also terrific museums and theatre or just taking long  
peaceful walks on the beach or enjoy spectacular sunsets with the  
white sand between your toes.
