Vacation Rental Description

eat their breakfast on the private balcony. If you are a bit later,  
you can still watch the boats on the intercoastal waterway. 
After your morning's activities, you might welcome a return to the  
air conditioned comfort of this condominium and during the heat of  
the afternoon, the balcony will be shaded to provide a perfect place  
to relax outside. 
The beach is just 50 feet from the elevator doors so a short visit  
to  
watch the sunset requires little effort and if you plan to eat  
inside, you will find that the newly remodeled kitchen makes meal  
preparation a breeze. 
If you wish to eat out, you can walk, drive or ride the Beach  
Trolley  
to one of the numerous restaurants in the vicinity.This smoke free  
unit has three televisions, one of them equipped with DVD and VCR  
players. 
A high-speed internet connection has been provided for use with your  
lap-top computer.

July 10 to August 20, 2008:     $805 per week,  
April 24 to June 30, 2008:      $700 per week,  
August 21 to December 22, 2008: $625 per week,  
December 23 to January 3, 2008: $805 per week,  
Above rates do not include $100 departure fee and 12% Florida Tax. 
Rates are based upon 4 person occupancy.
