with two large bedrooms, walk-in closets, two remodeled bathrooms and 
it sleeps six comfortably.  Beautifully decorated and totally 
equipped with everything necessary to feel as if you were home.  Sit 
in bed and watch the sunrise over the ocean.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This beautiful Condo is located in the Ocean Towers gated community 
and amenities include a private beach with private access, tennis 
courts, heated swimming pool, sauna in the club house, exercise room, 
cable TV, large flat screen TV in living room with DVD/VCR, 
telephone, fully renovated kitchen, microwave, toaster oven, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, water cooler with hot/cold water, all new 
cooking and eating utensils, new dishes/glassware, new linens for all 
beds, new towels, washer & dryer. TVs in both bedrooms with VCR, 
master bedroom also has a DVD player, kid friendly throughout with 
small table and chairs, BBQ on condo premises, beach chairs with 
umbrellas and beach towels.

Activities and Attractions

The island offers Golf, Wind Surfing, Water Skiing, Swimming, Beach, 
Health club, Parks, Dining, Tennis, Snorkeling, Fishing, Scuba, 
Boating, Bicycling, Shopping, Wildlife Viewing and much more.  
Friendly atmosphere and very quite, a great place to relax.

The treasure coast is known for its beautiful beaches, more so are 
the beaches in Hutchinson Island where you can relax and enjoy the 
sunshine or visit the many interesting attractions such as The Elliot 
Museum, Lyric Theater, Treasure Coast Mall, Navy Seal Museum, Manatee 
Center and the Oceanographic Institute.  

Just over the bridges in Historic downtown Ft. Pierce and the City of 
Stuart you'll find in season there are weekly farmer's markets and a 
craft festival and the Ft. Pierce Jai Alai.  Disney World and the 
many Orlando attractions are approximately 2 hours away.  Located 
within minutes you'll find fantastic restaurants and great shopping. 
Approx. 40 minutes away is the Palm Beach Airport. 

Vacation Rental Rates

One-Month Minimum Rental  (Discount for 3 Months or More)
All Rates are in US Dollars, Taxes Included in Price

January to March:   $2,900.00
April & December:   $2,300.00
October-November:   $1,900.00
May to September:   $1,600.00

Additional fees include: A one time cleaning fee of $100.00 and an   
association processing fee of $50.00, 
$800.00 (Refundable security deposit), until confirmed, leases are 
subject to change without notice.
Confirmation requires you to fill out a rental application, security 
deposit, cleaning & association fees and first month's rent.
