At beautiful Key Colony Beach we have a spacious, 1200 sq. ft, three
bedroom, two bath, half duplex with all that you could ask for. This
duplex is located on the water with a dock that has only a couple
minute boat ride to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean
through a 100 foot wide deep water canal. The boat dock is a 35'
concrete dock that can accomodate most boats. It also has dockside
electric and water. There is also a Marina where you can purchase
fuel, bait, and fishing supplies. Fishing charters and boat rentals
are also available.
Any rental of this duplex also has FULL ACCESS to the Cabana Club.
The Cabana Club offers a pool, hot tub private beach access, and a restaurant/bar
available only to duplex rentals. And for the kids the Cabana Club offers
a snack bar and game room.
This home is smoke FREE.

It has a phone, central air conditioning, Satellite TV, VCR, DVD
player; Full Kitchen: Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Range,
Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker, Cooking Utensils, Dinnerware;
Linens, Towels, Washer and Dryer, Grill, and a Patio Set.
For the fisherman, there is a bait freezer.
Also included are two (2) bicycles.
This duplex also has a large driveway for boat trailers and motorhomes.
