Store Isles just minutes away from shopping.   This spacious 2240 sq. ft. home features a large 
family and dining room and breakfast bar,  as well as a separate living room.  This light, bright 
and cheery home is great for families and entertaining, and can accommodate up to eight people. 
Clean Pets, of course, are always welcome.  Large sliding glass doors open from every room to a 
large covered heated pool  and lanai, over looking a canal.  Enjoy great fishing right off your 
dock. You can also bring your own boat or rent a boat to go fishing or just to explore the Port 
Charloate Harbor and the many gulf coast islands and beaches.  After a relaxing day fishing or at 
the beach, bring your boat home to your private dock.

This home sits in a private deed restricted golf course community, close to tennis and health clubs, 
shopping, restaurants and fun attractions for the whole family. Nothing better than  sitting back 
and lounging about the pool all day with family, food and friends.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 Car garage, inside laundry facility, fully stocked kitchen with all utensils and small appliances, 
DVD player and three televisions.   Pool area includes lawn furniture, BBQ and pool toys. 2 Bicycles 
are available for family fun.  Ecological Park is within minutes, where alligators and armadillos
