Vacation Rental Rates

$3,800/week or $633/night or $11,400/month during the Winter Season
(October 1 - May 31)
$5,000/week or $835/night during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years,
Spring Break/Easter, Memorial Day
$6,000/week or $1,000/night during Mid Season (June 1 - 14 and
September 2 - 30)
$6,900/week during the Summer season - weekly basis from Saturday -
Saturday only (June 15 - Sept 1)
**These rates do not include a 10.5% tax, cleaning fee and refundable
security deposit
**We require a minimum 4 night rental during the Winter and Holiday
seasons
