Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully decorated and lushly landscaped 3 story cottage located  
in the quaint Crystal Beach subdivision -- Waters Edge.  Only a few  
minutes walk (2 blocks to beach access) to Destin's emerald waters  
and white sandy beaches.  The house is centrally located to  
everything; beaches, Destin's best shopping, restaurants, bike  
rentals, coffee shop.  Destin Dreaming is just 3 blocks to Destin's  
premier shopping--the Destin Commons and the Rave movie theater.   
Just minutes from great restaurants like Beachwalk Cafe, Pompano  
Joe's, Crab Trap, Fudpuckers, Captain Dave's and many more!  Spend a  
day playing at the beach, or shopping at the Destin Commons.  Spend  
an evening unwinding on the expansive wraparound porches, catching  
the breathtaking sunsets at the beach or enjoying a leisurely walk   
through this picturesque neighborhood.      
 
The layout of the house is perfect for a couple of families or  
friends to share.  Every bedroom has a seperate entry to porch.   
Three of the four bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and the  
fourth bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds (4 beds) with a double futon  
on the bottom of each.  The second floor has two master bedrooms  
with private baths.  The living room is equipped with a 52" rear  
projection HDTV, digital cable with All Premium channels and DVD.   
All bedrooms have a TV and VCR or DVD.  The bunkroom even has a  
playstation II. There is also a cabana room with a bathroom right  
off of the pool area.
