This villa is great for families with three or four kids. I've added bunk beds to the second
bedroom so now this room will sleep four comfortably making this villa sleep six in beds without
opening the sleeper sofa!

Why bring all of your beach stuff from home? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide
the rest including backpack beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and a beach
buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach. COCO'S OUR BEACH SIDE CABANA will have everything
you could want from food, drinks, tables, shade, restrooms, ice, sunscreen, etc. Don't feel like
walking the five minutes on the boardwalk to our private beach? We have a BEACH SHUTTLE that runs
every hour on weekdays and constantly on weekends. For rainy days just hang out at the indoor
heated pool with jogging track, hot tub and exercise room. This building also has FREE WIRELESS
INTERNET connection so bring your laptop.

This two bedroom two bath villa is located on the first floor and convenient to parking. From your
private balcony you will have picturesque views of the saltwater marsh, lagoon, and a peak of the
Atlantic Ocean. This is a very private and quiet villa.

Need more villas? In the same building, we have a three bedroom, two bath villa on the third floor
#14677 and a two bedroom, two bath ocean view villa on the fourth and top floor #7863. We have two
more villas in the very next building. Villa #14418 is a two bedroom, two bath villa and villa #
14417 is a three bedroom, two bath villa. Both are located on the first floor by the outdoor pool
and just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Great for family reunions or multi-family vacations.

The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa making this villa sleep 6 comfortably. Television is equipped
with a DVD and VCR player with 64 cable channels and 7 HBO movie channels. Beautiful marsh and
lagoon views from the master bedroom, dining room, kitchen and den! Deck has a table and chairs with
a peak of the ocean.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave,
dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else
that you will need to create your favorite low-country meal!

The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, television, and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is
also a private bath with tub and shower. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the
bottom and a twin on top and another twin bed making this bedroom sleep four comfortably with a
television and DVD & VCR. There is another full bath just outside the door.

And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water
marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the
resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five minute
walk to one of the last private beaches on the island. Our beach is never crowded. We have a beach
shuttle that runs every hour.

The Hilton Head Resort is centrally located and is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf,
bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. The resort is
adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones ocean course at Palmetto Dunes.

There are picnic tables and grills, private sun deck, on-site convenience store and deli, two
outdoor pools, one indoor heated pool with kiddie pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, indoor jogging
track, six lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball, coin operated laundry facilities on every other
floor, elevators and free parking. Plus all of the amenities are free to guests making this the
best vacation value on Hilton Head Island!
