Located in Vaughn and just a short drive to the conveniences of Key
Center, this fully furnished two
bedroom one bath, fully equipped beach house has been renovated.
Special touches create a comfortable and cozy environment. Its casual
and warm, and enjoys all the unique qualities that the
Northwest and South Puget Sound can offer, Spectacular sunrises and
sunsets, an excellent area for water sports, a beautiful pebble beach
to walk on, fishing can be excellent, wildlife is often
abundant, kyaking is awesome, golf courses, and a new tennis court
nearby. We specialize in enjoyment for those seeking a retreat that is
not ordinary.

Inside amenities include Two bedrooms total, master bedroom with a
queen size bed, other has twin bunk beds all with fresh linens.
Sleeper sofa is a queensize. Gas fireplace, Phone for local calls,
Dining table seats six, coffee/view seating area seats two. All modern
appliances including
washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen has dishes, glasses,
silverware, pots and pans
and linens. Fully equipped bathroom has toiletries, soaps, shampoos,
hair dryer and towels. Entertainment center includes; 20" LCD TV, 40
channel dish, Surround Sound (plays CD's too) and a small DVD library,
Video Game connection (bring your own games), DSL internet is
plug in ready, portable radio-CD player.

Outside amenities include; private 1/2 acre lot, 65ft of no bank
waterfront with bulkhead. Fire pit, Pebble beach to walk on, swim or
fish from. There is an abundance of wildlife.

Located in Vaughn just 20 minutes from the Maritime City of Gig Harbor
where fine dining, shopping and entertainment can be found. There is a
boat launch just 1/4 mile from the home. Two State parks,
and several golf courses are a short drive away. Fishing can be very
good off the beach in front of the home and at different times of year
you can enjoy watching seals, bald eagles, osprey, deer and
humans do what they do.

Rent period minimum is 2 nights, except July 1st thru July 5th is a 4

Off season extended stay rates offered.

Rent 1 to 6 months. Includes all utilities (electricity, garbage,
water, phone) Satellite TV, Hi Speed internet, and yard maintenance.
Off season monthly rate 1-2 months $2500 per month, 3 to 6 months
$2300. First months rent plus deposit.

Home can sleep up to Six people short term. For more than four guests
rates increase by $50 per day.

Check in is 4pm, Check out is 12noon.
Cleaning deposit of $75.00 is non-refundable, "$100 for 5 or more
people" Additional deposit for pets.
Rent is pay in advance and a week is 7 nights.
