The Beach Bungalow, a romantic no bank waterfront retreat. A 
great place to visit anytime of year. Always sparkling clean and 
decorated for most seasonal holiday's. 
Located just 20 minutes from Gig Harbor, this fully furnished 850 
square foot, fully equipped beach house has been recently renovated. 
Special touches create a comfortable and cozy environment. 
Its casual and warm, and enjoys all the unique qualities that the 
Northwest and South Puget Sound can offer, Spectacular sunrises and 
sunsets, an excellent area for water sports, a beautiful pebble 
beach to walk on, fishing can be excellent, and wildlife is often 
abundant. We specialize in enjoyment for those seeking a retreat 
that is not ordinary.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Inside amenities include Two bedrooms total, master bedroom with a
queen size bed, other has twin bunk beds all with fresh linens. 
Sleeper sofa is a queensize. Gas fireplace, Phone for local calls, Dining table seats six, 
coffee/view seating area seats two. All modern appliances including washer and dryer. 
Fully equipped kitchen has dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans and linens. 
Fully equipped bathroom has toiletries, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer 
and towels. Entertainment center includes; 20" LCD TV, 40 channel dish, 
surround sound and a small DVD library, Play Station 2 game console, 
(bring your own games), DSL internet is plug in ready, portable radio-CD player. 
Outside amenities include; private ½ acre lot, 65ft of no bank 
waterfront with bulkhead. Fire pit, Pebble beach to walk on, swim 
or fish from. There is an abundance of wildlife.
 

Activities and Attractions

Located in Vaughn just 20 minutes from the Maritime City of Gig 
Harbor where fine dining, shopping and entertainment can be found. 
There is a boat launch just 1/4 mile from the home. Two State parks, 
and several golf courses are a short drive away. Fishing can be very 
good off the beach in front of the home and at different times of 
year you can enjoy watching seals, bald eagles, osprey, deer and 
humans do what they do.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rent period minimum is 2 nights, except July 1st thru July 5th 
is a 4 night minimum.

Home can sleep up to Six people
For more than four guests rates increase by $50 per day.

Check in is 4pm, Check out is 12noon.

Cleaning deposit of $75.00 is non-refundable, "$100 for 5 or more people" Additional deposit for 
pets.

Rent is pay in advance and a week is 7 nights.

September 16th thru October 31st, $150 per night, $950 per wk.

November 1st thru March 31st, $135 per night, 850 per wk.

April 1st thru June 30th, $150 per night, $950 per wk.
	
July 1st thru July 5th, $200 per night, $1000 for 5 nights.

July 6th thru September 15th, $175 per night, $1100 per wk.



Rental rates are negotiable for periods longer than 1 week.
