Vacation Rental Description

The house is located at 6 Reese Ave, Lavallette, 4 houses from the beach. The main floor has a 
bedroom with two twin beds, kitchen, and Laundry room, full bathroom dinning room (with large window 
unit AC), large family room, and enclosed porch sectioned with one queen bed. 
1st Floor
1st Bedroom - 2 Twin beds
2nd Bedroom- Queen bed on enclosed porch (the kids really like this room)
The second floor has 4-bedrooms and a half bath Ceiling fans and some standing fans, New AC window 
units in 1st and 4th bedroom.. 
3rd Bedroom - Queen size bed AC (window unit and a ceiling fan) 
4th Bedroom - two twin beds (ceiling fan) 
5th Bedroom - One twin bed (standing fan) 
6th Bedroom - One queen and one twin bed (AC window unit and ceiling fan) 
Backyard patio, two tables and umbrellas, Large covered area off garage, grill, enclosed outside 
shower, and driveway parking. We also supply 4 adult beach badges. 
Check in at 1:00 PM Saturday 
Check out at 11:00 AM Saturday 

Tenant responsibility to clean house (there is a number for a cleaning service to come on Saturday 
if interested, about $100) 

Please contact me via email and I will respond Promptly. Rentals are held with a deposit for half 
the total of your rental . If you hav children that are not in school yet, or are out of school, 
September is absolutley the best month for the Jersey shore, and the best value. Act fast you can 
not find a house this size for this price. I will be posting pictures shortly. No pets allowed
