This 2001 villa, Cypress model, is handicap accessible with attached
2 car garage, large screened lanai, private heated pool and jacuzzi.
Master bedroom with King sized bed, Guest bedroom with twin beds,
private den w/queen sleeper. Two full tile baths; master w/'soaker
tub' & separate shower. The view from the pool and private screened
lanai is a western exposure for beautiful sunsets overlooking a
pond. Screened lanai has a substantial overhang so you use the
Weber gas barbecue regardless of the weather.

There is no cart path to interfere with the view, or the possibility
for stray shots and golfers to interfere with your privacy. Villa is
located within the gated, award winning, prestigious Bonita
Bay Brooks in the Cooperleaf Community, located only 17 minutes away
from the Ft. Myers Airport and 20 minutes away from Naples. Bonita
Beach is only 8 miles south.

children's play area, and activity center.
