unobstructed 7th floor ocean/beach vista and view of the cape 
launch pads. Less than 1 hour from OIA and Disney, minutes from 
Kennedy Space Center, the cruise ship terminals and in the heart of 
Cocoa Beach. Fully furnished with full kitchen, all linens and 
towels, beach chairs, everything you may need. Want a place next to 
the Pier? We can help with that as well.

Queen bed in master and 2 double beds in second bedroom. Heated pool 
and spa. Cable TV in every room; VCR, 
DVD, Stereo w/cd player. Washer & dryer in unit. Contact us for

This is a beautiful unit recently updated with tile floors, new 
light 
fixturers and you won't believe the sweeping ocean/beach view from 
this 7th floor unit. Watch the cruise ships sail out to sea Saturday 
and Sunday afternoons. Located 1.5 miles south of Ron Jons. We will 
do everything possible to meet your needs so please contact us. We 
also have a 3/2.5 unit next to Cocoa Beach Pier should you need two 
units. Within 
easy walking distance to dining and entertainment.
Shuttle launch: The latest launch window begins July 13. Shuttle 
Atlantis' flight would be the first since 
Columbia.

Vacation Rental Rates

September - November $950 per week, $2800 per month
December - April $1150 per week, $3200 per month
June - August $1200 per week, $3600 per month
May $950 per week, $2800 per month
Daily rate $165.00, 3 day minimum - off season unless otherwise 
available. 
International bookings are welcome, please allow sufficient time to 
complete transaction.
