50% deposit due at time of reservation. Remaining 50% deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $400 is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of property after departure unless there are damages to villa or loss of contents. No refunds given for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds for early departure.For rentals of less than 6 months, the above listed prices do not include the 11.5% mandatory state and local taxes. A cleaning fee of $100 is applied for stays of less than 2 months.
