Vacation Rental Description

Escape to our three bedroom/two bath condo at the beautiful Desert 
Princess Golf and Country Club, just minutes from downtown Palm 
Springs.  Enjoy 27 holes of championship golf with impeccable 
greens, 10 tennis courts (five lighted for night play), two 
raquetball courts, fitness center with sauna and lap pool, Body 
Center'd day spa and dozens of pools in the gated community of the 
Desert Prncess Golf and Country Club.  Nearby are casinos, museums, 
the aerial tram, sensational shopping and great restaurants.

Accomodating eight, the condo is completely furnished to meet your 
every need.  Sealy pillow-top mattresses, towels, sheets, 
washer/dryer, cd/dvd player, 4 TVs with cable, high speed cable 
modem for internet access, local phone, etc. are all included. 
You'll be able to cook your own gourmet meals in the fully equipped 
kitchen. No smoking inside the condo please.

Completely Renovated (fall 2003)- carpet, floor tile, paint, 
wallpaper, appliances and furniture including a California King in 
Master, Queen in 2nd bedroom, 2 Twins in 3rd bedroom, Queen sleeper 
couch in living room all with pillow top mattresses (except on the 
sleeper).  

4 TVs, dvd in master, cd/dvd with surround sound in 
living room.  

A selection of games, puzzles and books for everyone.

Cable for TVs, high speed cable modem for internet access and local 
phone service.

Washer/dryer, side-by-side fridge with water and ice in the 
door, quiet dishwasher.

Two patios - with tables and chairs.  Gas barbecue on the back patio.

Winter 2008/2009 Rates (after 11/22)
$275 per night + $100 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights
$200 per night + $100 cleaning fee from 7 - 13 nights
call for really reduced rates for longer stays!

Summer 2008 (after 5/1)
$250 per night + $100 cleaning fee for stays of 3 nights or less
$100 per night + $100 cleaning fee for stays of 4 nights or more
