Almost brand new home in the gated community of Seven Lakes, NC -
only minutes from famous Pinehurst, NC - home of the 1999 and 2005
US Open and the 2002/07 US Women's Open. The home is fully
furnished and fitted for your enjoyment with complete kitchen, fully
stocked with towels and linens, gas logs in the fireplace, screened
porch and more. The house is only a few hundred yards from Seven
Lakes Country Club Golf Course which is open for Dinner (Wednesday
and Friday) and lunch six days a week. Several pristine lakes are
available for swimming and water sports and stables are available
for riding.

Two local golf courses are available - Seven Lakes Country Club and
Beacon Ridge Country Club. There are also approximately 40 other
courses available within a 30 minute radius.
Seven Lakes actually has 7 lakes. Two can be used by motor boats
for skiing and fishing, no jet boats allowed.
Tennis courts and basket ball courts are available, there is a
plyground and an Olympic size swimming pool.

Daily Rate is $100 per day for 2 people with a $75.00 clean-up fee.
Weekly Rate is $600 per week for 2 people with a $75.00 clean-up fee.
Monthly Rate is $1600 per month for 2 people with a $75.00 clean-up
fee.
More then two people:
Daily - Add $20 per person per night.
Weekly - Add $100 per person per week.
Monthly - Add $200 per person per month.
