Absolutely beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in Sun City. Located in the northwest valley.  Within minutes of fabulous shopping, golf, baseball parks and a variety of wonderful restaurants. So comfortable and cozy that you will not to want to leave.

Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large, beautifully appointed living room and dining room. Our family room has a beautiful view of our  private yard. with a grove of orange, grapefruit and lemon trees. There is a sectional sofa with recliners at each end so its very comfortable for your TV viewing.  There are 2 large bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, walk-in closet, dressing area and a full master bath. The second bedroom has twin beds with plenty of storage and s served by the hall bath.

Our house has a south facing patio which is a must for our winter guests. On the patio, there is a large table with six chairs  to sit and have a glass of wine or cup of coffee and enjoy one of our gorgeous Arizona sunsets.   A gas grill is also furnished for cooking outside.

The house has everything you will need. Just bring your personal items and sit back and have a wonderful time in beautiful sunny Arizona.

centers are available at additional nominal cost. This includes
discounts for golf at over 11 courses mins from home. Each
recreation center includes use of pools, theaters etc. Call in
advance to make arrangements for Recreation Card.

Jan thru Apr $900 per week or $2300 per month
