Vacation Rental Description
This professionally decorated townehome is literally minutes from
the gates of Walt Disney World. It features a 42 inch plasma tv and
a tv/dvd in each bedroom. This townehome includes a fully equipped
kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is a full size
washer and dryer, central air and heat, iron and ironing board,
telephone service, and table and chairs. All linens and towels are
provided. A luxurious pool is located within the community for your
enjoyment. There is a shopping plaza about 1 mile away which has
resaurants such as Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's,
Giordanos Restaurant, Subway and Dairy Queen. A medical care
facility is also available.

LOW $79/Night
MID $99/Night
HIGH $109/Night
PEAK $149/Night
The above rates are quoted for a minimum of a 3 night stay and
include all linens and towels. This property has a $80 cleaning
fee. There is a $250 non-refundable reservation deposit to hold the
unit. Balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A $300
damage deposit will be placed on a credit card at time of arrival.
This deposit is released 10 days after departure with no damage to
the townehome. The above rates are subject to change without
notice. Check in time is after 4:00 pm and check out time is no
later than 10:00 am. No refunds within 6 weeks of arrival. No pets
or smoking permitted inside the property. Occupancy is limited to
no more than 2 people per bedroom and sleeper sofa is provided. If
you choose to use one of the outdoor grills, the property manager
can supply it for a fee of $45 per week. By state law when using a
grill it must be done outdoors.
