**We have sixteen apartments and homes in the St. Augustine area.

This is a wonderful home for a long vacation, a luxurious conference 
center, or just a comfortable and fun locale for a big family.  Tons 
of room, directly across from the beachside with only one street 
between you and the white sand.  Fully equipped.  We’re sure you’ll 
love it!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 3200 sq. foot home comes with plenty of living space, private 
pool, two car garage, and workout room.  The home is only five years 
old, tile and wood floors wall to wall.  Full amenities, of course, 
are included (full kitchen, entertainment, free high speed wireless 
internet access, unlimited local, state, national, and some 
international calling, washer/dryer, etc...).

Activities and Attractions

A great location--far away for privacy, but a fifteen minute drive 
to downtown St. Augustine (the oldest city in the U.S.!).  Windsurf 
in the intercoastal canal, or the ocean if you are truly gifted.  
Take a tour to the military fort the Spanish successfully held 
against the French for over one hundred years.  Definitely take in a 
carriage ride through the cobblestone streets of the old city.  
Don't forget to lie in bed till all hours in the morning dreaming of 
your beach adventures for the day!

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Season: $2300; 2008 High Season: $2650-3300.  We accept checks, money orders, and 
VISA/Mastercards.  Holiday and special events rates are subject to change.  Summer rates vary due to 
traffic, please inquire for more detailed rates schedule.
