Vacation Rental Description

My non-smoking, villa with its own swimming pool and jacuzzi offers 
a great location.  It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is situated on 
Indian Creek, an exclusive development just 3.5 miles from Disney 
and within easy reach of all the major attractions.

The villa is beautifully furnished and can sleep 12 in comfort.  It 
is fully air-conditioned and has spacious living accommodation. The 
great room is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling and three large 
skylights; has ample seating, a large TV connected to cable, a 
DVD/VCR, CD stereo and ceiling fans. The patio doors open out onto 
the Lanai and pool area.

There are two master King sized bedrooms both with cable TV, 
telephone, en-suite facilities and a door to the pool deck, plus 3 
twin rooms with cable TV's in each room (one with DVD and play 
station).  For my younger guests I provide 
a crib, stroller, highchair, toys and baby/toddler feeding equipment.

The kitchen is fitted with all the usual equipment including 
fridge/freezer, range, microwave pots and pans etc.  The choice is 
yours: formal or casual dining and for afterwards there is a 
dishwasher.

There is a separate laundry provided for the use of my guests but 
the 
villa is fully equipped with all the linens etc as you would 
expect.  
The villa is fully managed locally by a caring company and is always 
well prepared for my guests’ arrival.  Extra maid services can be 
provide during a longer stay if required.

The pool is fully screened and looks out over a conservation area; 
definitely no housing backing onto this pool. It has a large lanai 
area offering shelter from the sun and is equipped with upgraded sun 
loungers, table and chairs and a gas Barbeque is provided. Lighting 
is provided for those late night swims.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Indian Creek is a quiet peaceful residential/holiday community which 
has its own tennis court, children's play area, putting green, 
jogging track and sports field.  Just one mile away there are 
numerous shops, restaurants, banks, supermarket and medical centre.  
Disney is only 3.5 miles away and Sea World/Universal Studios are 
approximately 20 minutes drive.

Activities and Attractions

There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity, the closest being 
just 5 minutes drive and a major new golf complex is being 
constructed just 10 minues away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season            -  £500/$850 per week
Mid Season            -  £550/$950 per week
High Season           -  £650/$1100 per week
Christmas and Easter  -  £800/$1400 per week

Pool heat £95/$150 per week
