Opened in 2005, this two bedroom, two bath condo
features new kitchen appliances, new furnishings, and new
appointments including granite countertops, tile floors,
and ceiling fans. Barbeque on the large patio and enjoy views of
London Bridge and Lake Havasu Channel. Shops, restaurants, pubs, and
marina are within walking distance.
There is plenty of boat/trailer parking as well as beach parking for
boats and Sea-Doos.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS WILL BE PERMITTED!!!
A $500 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED IF SMOKING FOUND IN UNIT!!
