Vacation Rental Description

Affordable beach rental, in beautiful Imperial Beach, just minutes 
south of downtown San Diego. 

2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo, that's only 1 block from the beach. In 
the master bedroom there is a king bed, and in the 2nd bedroom there 
is a queen bed and a twin bunk bed.  Downstairs is a double size 
sofa 
sleeper, there is also a crib for the little one. It has all the 
amenities of home and a 2 car garage.

This condo is located in beautiful Imperial Beach, the home of the 
annual "National Sandcastle Building Contest".  Imperial Beach has 
one 
of the best beaches along the San Diego coast, and unlike many of 
the 
other beaches, Imperial Beach is one of the less crowded. With it's 
quant little shops, the uncrowded beaches, and a pier to take a walk 
on and watch the sunset, or fish from, Imperial Beach is hard to 
beat.   

This newly remodeled condo with it's 2 car garage is only a few 
blocks away from the neighborhood beach front park.  There you will 
find a basketball court, children's park, several picnic tables, to 
have your own bar-b-que on, and of course the beach is right there.  
This vacation condo is only 10-20 minutes away from San Diego's most 
famous attractions such as Sea World, Old San Diego, Balboa Park, 
San 
Diego Zoo, Mission Bay, plus several museums, just to name a few.
