This condo is located in beautiful Imperial Beach, the home of the
annual "National Sandcastle Building Contest". Imperial Beach has
one
of the best beaches along the San Diego coast, and unlike many of
the
other beaches, Imperial Beach is one of the less crowded. With it's
quant little shops, the uncrowded beaches, and a pier to take a walk
on and watch the sunset, or fish from, Imperial Beach is hard to
beat.
This newly remodeled condo with it's 2 car garage is only a few
blocks away from the neighborhood beach front park. There you will
find a basketball court, children's park, several picnic tables, to
have your own bar-b-que on, and of course the beach is right there.
This vacation condo is only 10-20 minutes away from San Diego's most
famous attractions such as Sea World, Old San Diego, Balboa Park,

Diego Zoo, Mission Bay, plus several museums, just to name a few.
